Primary responsibilities will include:
Execute Quality Man年龄ment System principles and processes
Monitor and support the assembly process and perform inspections to identify potential non-conformances as early as possible
ECR/N generation, review, and CCB participation
Disposition and track nonconforming material
Participate as a member of the Material Review Board team and lead proposed corrective actions
Perform internal audits to ensure process maturity and capability while ensuring compliance for our customer, 生产, 以及供应链功能
Coordinate with external quality assurance auditors and technicians to ensure compliance.
Identify, communicate, and execute value-added process improvements/initiatives

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Quality, or similar field required.
3+ years of experience with expertise of the aerospace industry a plus.

Ability to drive and lead change. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) programs, procedures, and processes.
